I usually ship orders on Mondays to make sure your plants travel safely and don’t get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
The only exception is DHL Express—a fast and reliable option—which I’m happy to use for shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Because plants are living organisms and sensitive to changes, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:
DHL Express – usually delivers within 2 business days, and in some major cities, even the next day is possible.
DPD and InPost – more budget-friendly options that typically take up to 5 business days.
We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your plant’s journey to your doorstep.
Each plant is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safe and healthy. Depending on the weather conditions, we use additional insulation for the package and include a heat pack. The plant is shipped with its roots in the soil it is growing in.
